Hannah's walking through a college campus away from NYC to begin the episode -- a completely new departure we haven't already experienced in an earlier season -- and it turns out she's making a play to become a college professor upstate. It's time to say goodbye to the city, take stock of what it brought her (in her words: misery!), and have one last sendoff with the original Girls...one of whom is having a surprise engagement party.
