From early chat about weather, Covid and Gary’s obsession with sniffing freshly made wooden gates, things eventually get into running - including a proper discussion around the TCS London Marathon potentially moving to a two-day format and what that means for the sport.
Listener questions cover the Leeds United running kit, thoughts on brand collaborations, whether RUNcensored would ever do one, and a push to get Hannah Cox from Project Salt Run on the podcast.
Gary also gives an update on his Fellsman training, and the lads share which running Instagram accounts they actually enjoy following.
