Jon and Ramona take a deep dive into the world of early YouTube when anything could go.  From iconic classics like Charlie Bit my Finger to Charlie the Unicorn, to names like Fred, Smosh, Ryan Higga.  YouTube was a place where people could go to unwind and watch some videos for fun.  As the 2000's near an end, YouTube takes on a different landscape and becomes a lot more commercial and cinematic compared to it's original days.  As monetization, ads and formulas begin to take over.  Have we lost something truly historic or has the change happened for the better.  Find out in this new episode of Rewind Room.
