AYANEO released a customer service update asking any buyers who experienced unresolved after-sales support issues with the company to reach out to them. This appears to have no expiration date, as they are explicitly asking for issues that happened before 2025.

AYANEO has a long history of ghosting their users when they bring up customer service issues, so hopefully this will result in fair solutions for those affected. At the same time, I imagine a lot of buyers who had issues several years back may no longer have their faulty devices.
