Navigating the world of academics can be so challenging as our kids get older. Today, Anna Laboon of Activ8 Learning Center shares insights on how to navigate academic challenges with our kids. Anna emphasizes the importance of understanding the root causes of our kids’ academic issues. For many kids, poor executive functioning and a fear of failure are what is holding them back; not simply being lazy or not liking school. Anna encourages parents to help their kids find their advocate at the school who can help them find their voice to ask for what they need to succeed. With the right support, every child can thrive at school.
