Episode Description

Perspective is so important to both our own and our kids’ mental health. The lenses through which we view the world can shape our thoughts, feelings, and overall wellbeing. Today, we get into how to teach our kids to shift their perspective and foster better mental health in perpetuity. When we teach our kids how to look at life in a different light, we help foster positive thinking and set them up for a better future.
