Day 3 begins with TX Ranger Job Espinoza back on the stand. We pick up with body cam footage from the car just after Athena’s body was found.
The go back to the jail where Tanner is outside talking to investigators and smoking non-stop. The 3rd interview is played before lunch - On Dec 7th, a week after killing Athena, Tanner requested to meet with investigators to talk about cutting a deal where he could go home for a month to have one last Christmas with his son and write songs - then he would tell them everything.
Tanner talks about his history from childhood to present, and tells when Zero 1st showed up in his life and when he appears.
