Professor Lesley Regan DBE who explains how to navigate your menopause well. Dame Lesley is the UK Government's lead on women's reproductive health and has 40 years experience working in the NHS. She talks about her personal journey taking HRT while recovering from breast cancer and tells Trish and Lorraine what health changes to expect as you go through perimenopause and menopause in midlife.
