Summer is here and I've been doing A LOT of reading on the deck during these beautiful, sunny days. One of the books I recently dove back into is Book Yourself Solid by Michael Port, which contains a core principle that has guided me in business for many years called "The Red Velvet Rope Policy." Re-reading that chapter got me thinking about how it could apply to not only business, but to podcasts as well, which is what I'm sharing all about in today's episode.
