A Washington judge has rejected efforts to close Seattle's historic clothing-optional beach or prohibit nudity there, instead ordering the city to better manage unlawful conduct while preserving lawful nude recreation. The decision marks a significant victory for Friends of Denny Blaine and reinforces a distinction naturists have argued for decades: nude is not lewd.
