We’re dropping the puck on the NHL’s Olympic break with a jam-packed show of odds and ends from the Philadelphia Flyers’ first 56 games.

With more than 2/3 of the season behind them the Flyers chances of making the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time since 2020 are slimming, thanks in large part to their 2-8 record in 3-on-3 overtime games. But while their special teams rankings don’t look great, there may be reason for hope! And what’s up with Noah Cates? Where did his scoring go?
