I come to you for this episode mores casual than usual: sans makeup and still in my athleisure clothes. I share that this week has had more moments of feeling low energy and down than I had expected and one way I have coped and continued to show up while decreasing self-judgment also allowing for more rest has been to acknowledge the everyday miracles that often get overlooked.
Feeling rich in the miracles of the mundane brings purpose within the symphony experience of all the emotions we naturally cycle through in a human life. This sort of perspective is a great foundation for presence.
