Ingrid Harm-Ernandes, PT WCS is a board-certified Women’s Health Physical Therapy Specialist and a nationally recognized expert in pelvic floor dysfunction. With over 30 years of clinical experience, she is the author of The Musculoskeletal Mystery: How to Solve Your Pelvic Floor Symptoms and a senior clinician at Duke Health. Ingrid is dedicated to integrating orthopedic and pelvic health, helping women navigate the physical transitions of perimenopause through a blend of clinical science and compassionate care.

Laura Terry PT, is a licensed Physical Therapist and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) who specializes in the intersection of rehabilitative medicine and holistic wellness. She is the founder of Yoga Physio, where she focuses on using therapeutic yoga to address pelvic health, chronic pain, and hormonal changes. By combining her deep knowledge of anatomy with mindful movement, Laura empowers women to use yoga as a practical tool for symptom relief and nervous system regulation during the menopausal transition.
