The guys start by giving a recap of Jordi's last two Ultra Marathons; Surf Coast 100km and Blackall 50km and then we answer Josh's nutrition questions. 

We cover; how tradesmen and women can optimise their diet while working long hard hours, why energy drinks are not actually giving you energy, the importance of meal prepping for manual labour, how you can better regulate your appetite during the day, how to avoid the 3pm crash and the physiology of hunger and fullness, and they finish with a discussion about fasting and whether it is appropriate for athletes and everyday people.
