In 2000, Gallaudet University, a small college for the deaf and hard of hearing, in Washington DC was shaken to their core when 18-year-old freshman Eric Plunkett was found murdered in his dorm room. During the investigation, police heard a story about a fight he had with his good friend and only 5 days later it lead to an arrest. Case closed!! ... Right? No, of course not. Sadly, only 4 months later, Eric's friend, Benjamin Varner was murdered.
