17-year-old, Shilie Turner, was a promising track star living in Philadelphia with her mom, stepdad and little sister. Everyone knew Shilie because of how badass she was at running so when she went missing in January 1993, it was all hands on deck to search for her. On February 20, 1993, 33 days into her disappearance and still no leads, there was a march in Shilie's honor. It was on this very night that a man walking his dog in Fairmont Park discovered a body. Police had no leads or no new suspects and the case was starting to go cold...until a psychic, Valerie Morrison, stepped in and revealed a very unexpected killer
