While in high school, Forrest befriends a boy named Sam, who begins exhibiting strange behavior. During their hangouts, Sam sometimes seems to slip into an alternate personality, one that possesses the ability to psychically know things that he otherwise shouldn't.. Then, one night, Forrest encounters a terrifying being that may be connected to Sam's strange abilities.
