FAI Director of Football John Martin sits down with Off The Ball's Ben Symes in the Aviva Stadium to discuss the football structure plan he wants to set out within the organisation for the next couple of years.

They discuss the new system for youth international coaches within the FAI, the need for women and girls playing football to have the same opportunities as men and boys players, the possibility of an U23 team for women players, the aligned calendar and John gives an update on the situation regarding Michael Noonan's contract at Shamrock Rovers.
