Apple Plus presents Highest 2 Lowest a film directed by Spike Lee adapted from the Akira Kurosawa film High and Low. David King (Denzel Washington) is a self made millionaire who built his empire on the foundations of music. He could hear the potential in young artists with big dreams in need of a stage. After decades of gold and platinum records, the board is ready to sell. However, David does not want to cash out to a company that will use the label’s library to sell consumer products. He devises a plan to buy out a partner on the board and maintain his majority shares of the company. His plans are suddenly interrupted by a phone call demanding 17.5 million dollars if David ever wants to see his son alive again. From LeBron James to James Bond and Lord of the Rings to Lord Palmerston (or Pitt the Elder if you agree with Wade Boggs) and is a huge fan of dad jokes and randomly obscure Simpsons references. Armed with a vast knowledge of comics, films, and pop culture. Bradly traveled the world making friends and sharing takes.
