Episode Description
After going to bed feeling guilty about not sharing, Nathan is whisked away by Peanut Butter Jim to Cactus Ridge — a dusty Wild West town filled with creaky wooden saloons, galloping horses, and worm cowboys in tiny hats. But something’s wrong… the streets are quiet, the baskets are empty, and all the cactus has mysteriously disappeared.
In this stories for kids podcast episode, Nathan and PB Jim meet Sheriff Grubbs, who explains that cactus is the most important resource in town — used for food, music, clothes, and just about everything else.
When the wicked Early Bird Gang rides into town, led by the masked robin outlaw Red Whistler, they begin charging outrageous prices for cactus like it’s buried treasure.
