Back in Nightingale, our heroes reconnect with Nails and their dragon friend, Anthus. They meet Link, the charismatic leader of the Makri Steelguard, who has kept peace and calm in the village for years. But with monstrous howls emanating from the forest, they begin to fear the existence of a mythical creature called the Sparkeater.
