Upon his release from prison, Richard found integrating back into society difficult due to perceptions of people who'd spent time in prison. He saw ways of educating prisoners by facilitators coming into the prisons, working with the prisoners & & developing relationships with employers. He also realised lawyers have spearheaded some of the biggest social movements in the world & decided that he needed to understand law to be able to change &/or improve the system & people's biases. Its been a long road but Richard had found his niche. .
