I went from feeling ashamed to finding a better way. This is my 20-year story of dealing with periods as a Taiwanese. I share the culture norms, the worry about leaks, and how I finally found what works for me. I talk about struggling with the only tampon brand that was available in Taiwan (which had no applicator) and seeing the big start of 凱娜 (the first applicator tampon brand in Taiwan). This is my personal story which also might reflect some of the history of period products in Taiwan.
