In fact, some of the most trusted relationship builders I’ve ever met were often the calmest people in the room. The best listeners. The most measured. The least interested in impressing others. Frankly, the older I get, the more convinced I become that real marketplace influence has less to do with image and far more to do with trust, consistency, discernment, and significance.
