00:00 - 00:42 "We think of our customer base, and we sort of segregate them a lot of times in ages, kind of where they are in the spectrum of life, because, you know, we're selling things for primarily homeowners, but we also sell things for people who are in apartments and that sort of thing. We think about who we're actually talking to. And that's become more and more difficult, I think, as the population is aging, and then we're having newcomers coming in, and the way that they are communicated, too, like how you actually reach these different people. And then even the tactic, you know, just a regular old radio ad works really, really well for one type of person.
