Episode Description

CW: This episode contains mentions of trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, mental health issues, and navigating the mental health system

Is finding a therapist like the worst kind of Tinder? In our final episode of Season 1, we talk to the wonderful Judy about how we’re collecting all of the D’s (get your mind out of the gutter!... kinda). We chat about finding and breaking up with a therapist, how we protect our eye holes from the news cycle, and when it’s time to just go outside and put your feet on some grass.

Mad Like Me knows that we are more than our mental health experiences and asks you to see us for the full, beautiful, whole humans that we are.
