I’m still processing Italy.

I don’t fully have the polished “here’s what I learned” ending yet, but I think there’s something beautiful about sharing from the middle of an experience instead of waiting until everything is neatly understood.

In this episode, I’m taking you through the journey of our girls’ trip through Naples, Sorrento, Positano, and Ischia — a trip that became so much more than just a vacation. From rooftop spritzes and pizza that tasted like infinite possibility, to ferry rides, ocean swims, sunsets against castles, and the quiet unraveling of parts of myself that had long been waiting to be seen again.

We talk about:

  • friendship and feminine connection
  • slowing down and living on “Italian time”
  • beauty, rest, and sensory joy
  • anxiety and surrender while traveling
  • the emotional experience of returning home
  • the parts of ourselves that come back online when we finally exhale

This episode is less of a travel recap and more of a reflection on what happens when life reminds you how deeply beautiful being human can be.

Thank you, Italy. Truly.
