Presenters Ben Beadle and Richard Blanco host a special festive edition of NRLA podcast Listen Up Landlords, looking back over the last 12 months and ahead to what 2026 has in store.

They unpack the latest on all things private rented sector, and reflect on the changes up ahead in 2026, from the implementation of the Renters' Rights Act to the rollout of Making Tax Digital and the Government's proposals on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).
