A new year means a new season of LIFTING THE LYD, with our first guest of 2021... Spin Doctors lead singer & co-founder Chris Barron!

The American rock band has sold millions of records, including the hits ‘Two Princes’ and ‘Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong’; toured with the Rolling Stones; played at the likes of Glastonbury and Woodstock; graced Rolling Stone magazine’s cover; played on Dave Letterman and Saturday Night Live... the achievements just go on. The band is still active, releasing music & touring internationally, & Chris is also a solo act, with a new album coming soon!

As someone who used to dance around to Spin Doctors' hits, this was a real pleasure for me - a big thank you to Richard Ilderton (LTL's first ever guest) for the link up!
