The 98th Academy Awards will take place Sunday, March 15, featuring 20 films previously showcased by Heartland Film. The titles earned a combined 44 Oscar nominations this year across feature and short film categories.

The Heartland Film set a global record this year with nine nominated short films that were programmed at the Indy Shorts International Film Festival and the Heartland Film Festival.
