Episode Description
At its peak between 2015 and 2017, the Islamic State attracted tens of thousands of foreign fighters and inspired attacks worldwide. Today, its caliphate is gone, its Iraq and Syria strongholds have shrunk to a small insurgency, and much of its activity is driven by lone-actor attacks.
