In early January, within a few days of each other, Venus and Mars meet up with the Sun. This helps you burn away old interests and priorities, habits and patterns, as part of a purification process. It’s almost as if Venus and Mars are clearing the slate and then awaiting instructions to begin a new chapter. This leaves you prepped to choose new objectives and shift your focus.  This is also a great period for magic and ritual.
