After finding that the Trump Administration has done "nothing" to facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the US, Judge Paula Xinis ordered expedited discovery in the case to determine if Trump Administration officials should be held in contempt for violating her court orders - court orders that were affirmed and reinforced by the Supreme Court.
