Olga Lipkovics, aka the Family Wellbeing Coach, shares how she is living a long-held dream. Olga recently co-founded Possibility Corner, a Non-Profit Organisation serving Schools in Khayelitsha, Cape Town. Their inspired idea is to create Possibility Corners in classrooms to replace naughty corners. What Olga and co-founders, Jenny Watkins and Rosley Sibanda, are doing is teaching an Access Consciousness technique called Access Bars to everyone in Schools, from the Principal to the learners.

Access Bars is a calming technique of lightly touching particular points on the head to relieve anxiety, stress and depression and has many benefits. This project launched in January 2024 with the training of teachers and learners at Inkanini Primary School in Khayelitsha.
