Susan Diane Wolff Cappel was a 19‑year‑old woman from Newcomerstown, Ohio, who mysteriously disappeared on March 16, 1982. She was last seen leaving her job at the local IGA grocery store, where witnesses reported her speaking briefly with the driver of an older model, light blue car before getting inside. She has never been seen again.
