From her roots in a small Mississippi town to founding The Birth Lounge, HeHe has spent years empowering others with calm strength and fierce clarity. Now, she invites us to follow her own path, sharing week by week the emotional highs, physical shifts, and vulnerable truths of her first pregnancy. Through honest reflection and intimate storytelling, we meet HeHe, her husband Nick, and the circle of people who shape her journey.
