On our monthly segment on personal litigation law we once again hear from Attorney Divjyot Singh, the Managing Partner atSHEV Law Group. Workplace related complaints are tricky to handle and sometimes may result in discrimination cases or even wrongful termination. 4:50 pm We had Dexter McCoy on our show in February before the primary election for Ft Bend County Judge position which resulted in a runoff on May 26 against Rachelle Carter to decide who will run in the November 3rd Mid-Term elections against Republican Daniel Wong. Today, we have Dexter with us again to talk about his campaign and the issues he believes are vital to the county’s future to keep it growing.

5:20 pm Former Houston city council woman Letitia Plummer is running against former Houston Mayor Annise Parker in the May 26 runoff election to claim the Democratic nomination for the Harris County judge’s seat. In the March 3 primary, Plummer’s won 37.3% of the vote compared to Parker’s 46.6% and Matt Salazar received 16.1%. With early voting startingon Monday May 18 thru 22, we are joined by Letitia to learn how her campaign is going.
