5. The Living Room — A 1960s Christmas Eve, an Abusive Husband, a Loaded Gun, and a Way Out
Episode Description
Narrative horror podcast In Another Room enters the living room — and a 1960s Christmas Eve where multiple ghost stories bleed across time.
Wendy enters the living room and is pulled into a Christmas Eve in the 1960s. Judith Hayes is preparing for the holidays in a house decorated with twinkling lights and a tree heavy with ornaments. Her husband Stanley will be home soon. Judith has bought a gun.
But Judith is not alone in the house this night. Other spirits — trapped in this same room across other decades — begin reaching across time, their voices crossing wires, their stories bleeding into hers. And in the static between them, Wendy realizes something extraordinary: the house traps spirits within its walls, but there may be a way out.
A Violet Hour Media production.
