Episode Description

When Virginia Oman was diagnosed with MS she lost her ability to walk, lost hope, and almost decided to end her life.

She wanted to live on her own terms, so she decided to listen to her body and not be held down by limiting beliefs.

She now has more energy, joy, and fulfillment in her life than she ever did, even before MS came into the picture.

Today Virginia is a licensed mental health therapist of over 30 years, a life coach, and a certified personal fitness trainer and wellness coach. She combines her three areas of expertise to focus on healing through the holistic mind-body connection.
