Los Angeles is often regarded as a city of dreams, with bright lights and a promise of fame and fortune.  But behind the glamour lives darkness.  Between 2001 and 2008, a man who appeared to his neighbours to be calm, unassuming, and ordinary walked the city streets.  What they didn’t know was that he was a monster.
