On a quiet residential street in Gloucester, England, in an ordinary brick house, was one of the most disturbing crime scenes in British history.  For decades, life in the West home appeared perfectly normal, but buried in the basement and back yard was a horror so profound that it would shock the nation and forever change how Britain viewed serial killers.
