Episode Description
The case of Helle Crafts is one of the most infamous true crime stories in Connecticut history. In 1986, Helle, a flight attendant, disappeared, and her husband Richard Crafts was later convicted of her murder—despite her body never being fully recovered. Known as the “Woodchipper Murder,” the case became the first in Connecticut to secure a murder conviction without a complete body.
