Episode Description
In this episode, host Amelia Phillips and global menopause pioneer Dr Louise Newson discuss hormone replacement therapy, and how it can be not only safe but also hugely beneficial to many when prescribed appropriately. Dr Louise shares the many stigmas associated with prescribing hormones, the main symptoms HRT may help with (hint, it's not just hot flushes and night sweats) and some of the reframing she would like to see out there, so that more women are offered such treatment. If you are considering whether HRT might be useful for you, this episode is not to be missed.
