-- A federal judge in Texas ruled that requiring silencers (known as suppressors) to be registered under a 1934 law is now unconstitutional.  Bill Sack, Senior Director of Legal Operations at Second Amendment Foundation, explains the decision, and why it may not be the final word.

After being shot in the arm, he was unable to operate his pistol to stop the murderer.
