Aitch is known for his chart-topping tracks and insane freestyle talent but, away from music, he uses his platform to raise awareness for Down’s syndrome, inspired by his younger sister Gracie, who has the condition. 

In this Great Moment, Aitch opens up about how important Gracie is to him and the joy and light she brings to everyone around her.

He shares how she’s shaped his outlook on life and taught him the importance of treating everyone equally.
