Episode Description
Today we are studying Acts Chapter 20. In this chapter, Paul continues his journey of ministry, encouragement, and farewell. He travels through Macedonia and Greece, strengthening the believers. In Troas, he teaches late into the night, and a young man named Eutychus falls from a window and is restored to life. Later, Paul meets with the elders from Ephesus and gives them a deeply emotional farewell message. He reminds them how he served the Lord with humility, tears, and trials. He tells them that he is going to Jerusalem, not knowing exactly what will happen, except that the Holy Spirit has warned him that chains and afflictions await him. Acts 20:24 says, “But I count my life of no value to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of God’s grace.” This chapter reminds us to serve faithfully, guard the church carefully, and finish the work God has given us.
