• 1 part Coca-Cola
• 1 oz Bourbon (definitely optional and not traditional)

Call It A Night

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry
• 1 tsp Amaro (Averna)
• 1 tsp Absinthe for rinse
