Cheryl Patrick is one of our fabulous Messians. It has been wonderful watching Cheryl grow as an artist and it was such a treat chatting to her for this episode. Cheryl explains that creating art is a way to self-regulate and work through life and work stress. I love that Cheryl uses Gelli printing and die cutting as a way to find solutions to complicated situations and work problems.
