In the third episode of Genomic Connections, Kasia and Christian chat with Joana Pauperio, Biodiversity Project Manager at the European Nucleotide Archive, in the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI). They discuss the concept of “metadata,” why it is crucial to ensure high-quality research, and some best practices scientists should follow to ensure the data they produce is FAIR: Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable.
