Inspired by Love Island's Jasmine, we unpack the idea of the "bad feminist", why women are expected to get feminism exactly right, and whether we've created impossible standards for ourselves.

Then we swap the villa for the football pitch as we ask why Erling Haaland has suddenly become the internet's favourite example of positive masculinity. Is he really the anti-Manosphere? Or are we all just desperately relieved to see a successful man who seems comfortable being kind, affectionate and completely himself?

Along the way there are the usual moans (AI chatbots and tall people at gigs), a little bit of football despite neither of us really being football people, and plenty of Friday I'm in Bed-style overthinking.
